Eight years in books and publishing in Oxford, Sydney and Dublin. In-house experience in non-fiction and fiction publishing houses, as well as managing communications and publications (books, magazines, journals, websites, social media, PR) in the NGO/advocacy/international development sector.

My aim is to help you create clear, accessible stories and messages. I’m particularly interested in structural work – looking at whether text is suitable for purpose/audience, and working with writers and organisations to develop your ideas, clarify your message and structure text more effectively.

Fiction, literature; non-fiction – the social sciences, culture, politics, international policy and development, history, biography and memoir, popular science, health, psychology, mental health and personal development, gender and women’s issues, and travel writing.
