Twenty years’ experience as an in-house and freelance editor and writer. Co-author of Sláinte: The Complete Guide to Irish Craft Beer and Cider (New Island, 2014). Secretary of the Irish Food Writers’ Guild.

Work undertaken:
All areas of copy-editing and proofreading, including structural editing, magazine subediting, project management, Word template formatting, photo research, artwork briefs, copyright clearance and Plain English rewriting. I am also available for ghostwriting or collaboration, recipe conversions for the US or UK markets, recipe development and recipe testing.
